Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your confirmation email to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the admin and/or SEO work must not have been started. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please check your order confirmation upon reception and contact us immediately if the package or hours bundle is incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
